Cleat Key used or unused can be returned in its original box, within 14 days from purchase, no-questions-asked. Please send us an email to bike.energy@gmail.com to advise us about the return.

One Year Limited Warranty:

Except as otherwise set forth herein, Bike Energy Lab Ltd. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

 

This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where the product was purchased. Upon acceptance of a warranty claim the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Bike Energy Lab's discretion. Claims under this warranty must be made during the warranty period and within one (1) year of purchase.  

 

This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly used, installed, adjusted, and/or maintained according to the instructions of use. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product, non-compliance with manufacturer's instructions of intended usage, or any other circumstances in which the product has been subjected to forces or loads beyond its design. This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified, including but not limited to, any attempt to modify or repair the product. This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts of different manufacturers or parts that are not compatible or suitable for use with the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

By using this product, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the safety hazards, risks, dangers and potential for injury associated with riding a bicycle and the use of our product including all known and unknown risks. You further acknowledge that Bike Energy Lab Ltd. and its agents or employees shall not be responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from use of this product. Cleat positioning can in some cases be a complicated process, due to leg length discrepancies; limb alignment issues; excessive varus, overpronation, supination; and other issues. Some individuals may benefit from an assessment by a professional bike fitter.
